1384347_10202379590518136_266135377_nOur partnership with Pastor Jeff Uriarte is bearing encouraging fruit! The newly launched college ministry at Pilgrim Christian College in Cagayan de Oro was disallowed to continue meeting in school premises, but God’s work cannot be hindered. By His grace and help, the weekly evangelistic Bible studies continue at the facilities of a local Christian radio station. It is a significant distance away from PCC, yet still, students come to study God’s word together.

1382167_10202379597758317_1248602466_nPlease continue to pray for this ministry.

“As it pleases You that we should pray for all mankind, we implore You, bless the spreading of Your holy gospel, that it may be proclaimed and received universally so that the whole world may know You. Enlighten the ignorant, strengthen the weak. May everyone by word and deed magnify Your holy Name.” (from “A Prayer for All the Needs of Christendom”)

About Glem Melo

I am a believer and follower of Christ, happily married, and have 3 wonderful kids. I am the founder and CEO of Open Eyes Mission, under the care of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) Chicago Metro Presbytery, pastoral intern at Faith Church in Dyer, Indiana, and studying Master of Divinity at Mid-America Reformed Seminary. The Bible teaches that God is real, man is sinful, hell is real, and Jesus is our only hope of salvation. I believe these truths with all of my heart, and I hope to help others learn of them as well. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16) May God give you grace and peace.
