Life-Giving Gifts for Flood Victims-Survivors

Last week, we gave away

  • 60 water purifiers to IDP families at the Macanhan Evacuation Center
  • 120 flashlights to IDP families at the Calaanan Tent City 4
  • More than 200 stuff toys for children in both sites

Daily tent-to-tent visitation-evangelism and weekly Bible studies are conducted for children and adult IDPs in those 2 areas. Please pray that the Holy Spirit would give them faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, our One and Only Eternal Life Giver.

About Glem Melo

I am a believer and follower of Christ, happily married, and have 3 wonderful kids. I am the founder and CEO of Open Eyes Mission, under the care of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) Chicago Metro Presbytery, pastoral intern at Faith Church in Dyer, Indiana, and studying Master of Divinity at Mid-America Reformed Seminary. The Bible teaches that God is real, man is sinful, hell is real, and Jesus is our only hope of salvation. I believe these truths with all of my heart, and I hope to help others learn of them as well. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16) May God give you grace and peace.
